I’m an art/music student at CSUN. Currently I am not enrolled because I am saving up money to go back to school to focus on computer science. My rent budget is slightly low due to unexpected circumstances, but I am working on finding a second job. Very clean and respectful. I don’t talk that much and I’m kind of introverted, so you wont have to worry much about noise, as most of the time I will probably be in my room working on something, listening to music or at work.
