Hey,

My name is Ross and I’m looking for a roommate for the next 12 months. I work remotely, for a Real Estate Appraisal company, but usually leave in the morning for the gym then stay at Starbucks or Wholefoods cafe until 4pm, then leave around 5pm for gigs throughout the week. I perform at venues regularly around the area, but would be respectful of playing guitar and singing at the house with regard to the time of night, etc.

I keep things very clean and organized around me, and definitely like to stay busy. My girlfriend lives in Colombia so it’s just me right now.
