Hello! My name is James Rubio and I have been living in San Diego since 2018. My roommate is moving back to their hometown when our lease ends in August, so I am currently looking for a new spot and roommate. I am extremely familiar with San Diego and like to go out. I enjoy hiking, restaurants, baseball games, traveling, etc.. (I know, it sounds like a basic generic description of my life but I promise you, I’m not robotic as this sounds). I plan on learning how to surf just so I can officially become a true “San Diegan” I also plan on getting a part-time job in the evening or weekends on top of my full-time job. I am looking to move into or have roommates in Downtown, Gaslamp, Little Italy, North Park, University Heights, Golden Hills, Normal Heights, Mission Hills, or Pacific Beach.
