I have a mold allergy, so I am looking for a place that does not have a flat roof or water/mold damage.

I also cannot be in an environment that has cigarette smoke or where people smoke inside. I am allergic to nicotine and have asthma. I can only live with non-smokers.

I also cannot be in a very new build due to chemical sensitivity, so won’t something fairly new but built within the last 10 years or an older place with no mold issues.

I work three jobs and am in full-time college, so I stay very busy. I keep to myself and I am very quiet. Looking for someone who has a similar personality and lifestyle to me. I usually want it quiet by 10 PM so I can sleep.

Looking for month-to-month or a 6 month arrangement.
