Laid back, Chill. 30 year old working as an open house attendant / event planner for 3 event spaces in NYC. Currently in school for Music Business & Audio Engineer. Looking for a space that is comfortable until I graduate next year and settle into my own space. I do record music so my studio equipment will be with me when I move. I prefer to live with females, I don’t smoke but I do like hookah. Ideal place, we don’t have to share the same passions, you don’t have to be a girl either, I’m just looking to room with someone cool and clean. I’m usually in my room majority of the time if I’m not at work and I love to cook so if I do show my face and cook, I’m down to share lol. I just want peace as I finish school and don’t want to live with family anymore (especially at 30). Having my own bathroom is highly preferred (biggest wish but cool if shared) & unfurnished room is preferred as well since I have my own stuff already.
