Willing to help out in exchange for lowered rent- driving, groceries, some cooking, errands, yard a little. I am clean, quiet and very health conscious, so use the kitchen for most meals. Perfect would be someone who likes to travel and I can petsit while you are away and/or works out of the home during day or who travels. I am in and out daily with different activities-pickleball, biking, walking, and teaching, but spend time in my room. Need large room and attached private bath. I am respectful of others and expect the same from them. Looking for healthy place to live, no mold, no cats (love them but allergies) clean and positive living.
