Hi, I am Rose. I am introverted but sweet. I like cooking, plants, anime, and origami (or others forms of art). I’d love to meet your pets if you have them. I don’t have very many belongings and will keep the shared spaces clean - though I am not a maid and do not expect that from you either. I do appreciate an organized refrigerator. I might come with Vitamix so if that is something you appreciate, leave a message. Although I am not greedy and not opposed to sharing groceries, I might need to have certain foods for workshops that I may have to do - so please be someone or some people that respect(s) labels if they are there :-)

I am not a partier and prefer NOT to stay up all night. I am quiet and expect the same from my roommates. Lastly, if you are a female and would ONLY like female roommates, I am your gal.

BUDGET: $1000 for the room (including utilities like heat & water). More than happy to split the electricity and WIFI.

Locations: I am looking for locations that are close to the subway ( the F line is most preferable), and buses ( There is a very good chance I’ll be commuting to Roosevelt Island so I’ll be taking the Q102). For QUEENS specifically, I am looking for places in Astoria, Sunnyside, and Long Island City.

FYI: I am a dietetic intern and will be working with high-risk patients at a nursing and rehabilitation center. Though I will be very careful and am vaccinated, I am putting that out there for everyone’s knowledge!
