Hi guys, Octavius here! Recently moved to Dallas September of last year and am now looking for a roommate due to my lease almost being up. I’m attending UNT in the fall to begin my interior design program and I also work full-time Monday-Friday so my week days will be pretty busy. Long story short, I’m looking for a roommate to save myself more money. I’m very down to earth and personable, but I also stay to myself a lot. I view my home as my safe haven and would expect anyone I’m living with to treat it the same way. Ideally would like someone that’s trustworthy, dependable, clean/tidy(very important), respectful and an all around good person. It would be great to find someone to go half with on a lease but I’m open to other options as well. I’m open as far as locations but ideally would like to either be in Dallas, Las Colinas or Plano areas since I’ll be commuting a lot.
