about me: middle aged professional, always have steady employment (nature of the profession, low voltage electrician), good credit. I’m new to Raleigh with a new job, I’m fairly quiet, mature, the partying days are behind me. I don’t smoke. I have no pets. I clean up after myself in the kitchen. On my free time, I enjoy PC gaming, 3d printing, drone building and flying and recently got back into bicycling after a long time away. Love riding on the various greenways all around the city!

I’m looking to rent: a house or townhouse with 2 or 3 bedrooms. To share with one other person ideally. Due to my hobbies etc.. I kinda need a bit more room than I can get renting out just a bedroom. I would pay more than 50% of total rent if I can get master bedroom with additional space somewhere for workout and hobby area. Or if a 3 bedroom, I take the 2 smaller bedrooms and the other person gets the master bedroom and the rest of the house.

The person I would share with is: a mature person, Who has a stable job and pays the rent. Who cleans up after themselves in the kitchen and will share in cleaning/trash removal/maintenance of house. Who has no children or SO’s living with them. Who wont keep me up with noise at night when I need to wake up at 5AM So, if you think you fit the bill and would like to talk more.. please message me!
