Prefer a female. Just for the dynamic. I keep to myself. I like to keep things cleaned and organized. I will have my car and a motorcycle so private and secure parking is a priority for me. Not looking to become best friends with a roommate but someone that I can live with, have some laughs with and yet still have two completely separate lives. If I am not working or out riding I’m probably chilling in my room and working on music. I don’t party. Don’t drink. And try to keep a regular schedule. I am totally up for teaming up with someone too.

Currently living in Long Beach. Starting a new position with a new company soon as well as recently started a distribution company. I am pretty open to location, but looking to move a bit close back up towards LA.

Totally open to someone who has a dog(s) or a cat(s).
