Hello! I am currently looking for a roommate/room situated near my new job in South Poway, as I prepare to move to the area. I’ve had several roommates in the past, and can provide references (still friends/in contact with them :) ).

I would call myself either a social butterfly, or leaf-in-the-wind. I’m pretty chill and have enough personality to get along with a wide variety of crowds (thank my sales jobs throughout college lol).

Lifestyle-wise, I’m pretty 50/50 for indoors v out. I built my PC, and have consoles (rarely used, so I share). Also, have my own furniture for basically any/all rooms in a typical home, as I used to rent a midsize 2bd/1ba home by myself in Kansas.

I’ve never lived in Cali, but am an explorer/adventure type of guy. Beaches are nice, though morning (or evening) hikes would be my preference :D

Also, while I have no kids or pets (which I’m not against either), I do have a classic car I’m bringing with me, and had plans to restore it over time, while I work & handle life. Gearhead at heart, and have my own tools. Don’t be afraid to ask for help or borrow mine - all I ask is the same respect/courtesy back :)
