I’m a young professional working in marketing (hybrid in office 3 days/week). I’ve lived in Dallas for the past 6.5 years and on my own for the last 2 but looking to downsize to save. Looking for a roommate(s) to live with in the Addison area, from late October to November, and ideally spend up to $1000/month but can stretch to $1,300 for the right space and person. As a roommate, I’m really easygoing, respectful, quiet and tidy and I’m looking for someone who would be compatible with this. I do have a cat so roommate(s) must be okay with cats, and I have a boyfriend who would visit on some weekends.

Becoming friends is a plus but not a must! I’m introverted and do spend a lot of time to myself but I like having a few friends over on occasion (once a month at most) and don’t mind that for you on the weekends or weeknights, so long as you’re respectful with noise past 10pm. LGBTQ+ friendly please.

I love my early mornings at the gym, and generally being active—running, hiking, Latin dancing, etc. I’m also a homebody and like cooking at home, reading, podcasts, board game nights, and cuddling with my kitten.
