I’m easy going, very clean, neat and organized. I cook, grill and BBQ (yes, there is a difference). I have very nice cooking gear that can be used (with adult supervision 😂). I believe if you have time to mess it up, you should have time to clean it up. I keep to myself mostly but enjoy company. I am very handy and mechanically inclined, so repairs and installations are not a problem. My bills are paid ahead of time. I believe consideration and respect go a long way in a roommate situation. And always do more than your share and nothing will ever need to be done. It’s that simple.
