I had lived in Laguna bch for over 15 yr i am part of this community, part of the local art Festivals and the South Laguna Community garden and also work here. Have a stable income, semi retired. Work a lot, always busy. Looking for a peaceful room,I love my peace and quiet, some storage would be nice. I Like to cook my own food and share, so kitchen availability is important, I always clean after myself.
