Hi my name is Nick I’m 18 years old I just graduated high school I’m looking for a home. You can be rest assured I am very responsible for example financially because I have a big savings account. So you can always expect rent to be on time. I am mature for my age and I am alone I don’t have any pets or anything. My biggest compliment is that I’m very consistent hence I saved so much money and I keep very tidy and clean. Finally I am a friendly person and I’m always busy at work or school so I won’t be at home as much I feel like I would be an incredible roommate.
