Hi, I’m a student. I am looking for a safe, clean, friendly, and well maintained place to live. I can be a loner but I also like to chit chat and laugh a lot at times. I pay my bills on time. I keep common areas clean and my roomie should do the same. I’m not a clean freak but I respect the spaces I share. I’m looking for a warm and comfy home environment where working adults are mature and honest! I respect boundaries and like mine to be respected.
