I’m a single soon to be mom (baby will be here in July) I’m a hard worker very respectful person who keeps to herself and maintains a low profile. I’m friendly and outgoing. I’m looking for a good/ safe spacious place preferably a basement for my baby and I to live in, it will only be me and my baby. I’m more then able to get recommendation letters from my church community and where I am currently renting at. I’m organized and I pay rent on time. I am a very calm person with no bad habits and I don’t host parties either. If I’m allowed to have guests in my area I would respect the home and the renters.
