I work full, at same job for years. My own car. I am respectful and considerate, of others and their property. I keep things neat and organized. I am responsible and always do my fair share, and of course, bills paid promptly. I believe these simple attributes make for a much easier living environment. Other than working, I enjoy my art, I have a care free hippie soul, and a great sense of humor. I am genuinely a nice person and so easy to get along with. I am not petty , and I can’t do negativity. Just want a pleasant atmosphere with one or multiple roomatea, to help ease the financial burden, of these sky rocketing cost of living prices. Id like to be in a place by 4/1, but I’m flexible
