I’m in full-time ministry. The Lord continues to provide the finances I need. He pays for everything but, I don’t have paystubs from a traditional job.

ME: 41 year old gal. I live a consecrated lifestyle. I do not partake in any substances. I don’t fornicate. I keep to myself.

MY CAT: My cat is non-negotiable as she is my companion. She is a WELL BEHAVED and groomed spayed indoor female cat. She does NOT urinate anywhere but her litter box, and does NOT destroy anything. I bathe her with dander shampoo, brush her teeth, and trim her nails. She ONLY scratches her scratch-post. I do not allow her on counters/tables etc.

YOU: Need to comprehend that this would strictly be a platonic Tenant/Landlord/Roommate relationship, no romance, no sex.

SPACE: Seeking private bedroom and private bathroom. Ideally, I’d like to rent a house without any other parties/roommates. Ideally, I’d like to have two rooms and a bathroom to myself. I’ve a king size bed & other stuff in storage. I can keep my stuff in storage if need be.

LEASE: Month to Month terms would be ideal. I’m unemployed by the world’s standards. This means I won’t be approved by property management companies unless the income requirement is already fulfilled by someone else.

INTERVIEW QUESTIONS (mostly for sharing living space):

1. Would you require/expect me to wear a mask and/or get swabbed or jabbed?

2. Do you partake in any substances? If so, what, how frequently, and inside or outside?

3. What exactly are you offering to rent? Any storage space included?

4. How much is the monthly Rent?

5. Do you require a Deposit? If so, how much?

6. What form of payment do you require? I’m not willing to pay in cash or cashier’s check. I prefer Zelle or Money Order, but am wiling to pay via CashApp if need be.

7. Would my bathroom have a bathtub?

8. What temperature do you keep the home? Would you mind me utilizing a space heater?

9. Do you have any pets? If so, what are they? Is there a dog door? (I don’t want my cat going outside.)

10. How clean do you keep the home? (I can’t stand dirty/sticky floors and counters…and animal hair on the counters/tables.)

11. What is the size of the bedroom?

12. Are you intending on returning any Security Deposit to me as state law mandates?
