Quiet & Honest, Very Clean & Neat, Mild OCD, Very Open Minded to Anything, Drug & Alcohol Free (I don’t smoke Pot, but I have No issues with it) , I’m Straight (but I have No issues with male or females choosing their own life-style) , Former Post Master, Former Business Owner, Temporary Retired, Have a Car, Have a Older Friendly Cat, Supportive of Trap & Release Ferrell Cat Programs & All Animal Rights Groups, No dogs, but have Raised many Dogs , Persons Religion or Heritage isn’t a concern of mine, my only requirement is speaking English (don’t mind if a second language is spoken). To be honest, I would prefer a female Roommate, over the yrs I have had 12 Female Roommates & 3 Male Roommates, Never an issue with the Females, but 2 of the 3 males didn’t pick up after themselves. Have Lived in Sullivan County & Orange County, NY most of my life & Times Square in Manhattan in my 20’s. I spend most days at the Casino in Monticello or Season Pass for Six Flags and I love any Summer Activity, Beach, River etc.. I’m not a Winter Person, look to hibernate lol , that’s my best description I can give. I mainly hang with ppl in their late 20’s or early 30’s or ppl of my age that I have history with. If you are too serious of a person, that’s Not really me. Very Friendly is how most would describe me. Oh, I do Smoke, but I’m really trying to give it up. In Spring & Summer I don’t mind smoking outside.
