57 yr old professional male /works from home mostly. OK with lite 420 users exterior of home only OK with animals if well behaved OK with lite alcohol use in the home Keep clean house with organized kitchen Not a split level hillside home 1st floor bedroom if at all possible due to slight handicap situation from accident in 2018 several stairs are tough on me. would like kitchen big enough to keep food separate. I play guitar but not loud. I like classic rock, alternative rock, hard rock, modern country music is cool. music is on in the house on the weekends. Not into RAP I like to BBQ & cook quality food. I am very mechanically inclined can fix about anything have lots of tools at my disposal, I am a gear head, off road geek but that is contained at another location. I have no patience with woke, non binary, far left life style. I have a surround sound system that can be set up that is better than going to the theater if you are into action movie watching.
