I grew up in Fullerton from the age of 8 until I turned 21 where I moved to Northern California. I recently moved back with family and began work in February but now I’m searching for somewhere to live that is closer to work so I can work more overtime. I work Monday through Friday from 8:30-5pm sometimes longer or shorter days depending on work flow. I’m mainly home on the weekends however I do go out from time to time and I also go to the gym or pick up an extra Saturday shift so I’m not home very often at all unless it is a weekend with no plans or to make food for the week. I do own 1 cat who is neutered, space is kept clean, and he’s also insanely quiet for how active he is. He always stays in my room and doesn’t go outside so he’s extremely well mannered in his own area. I’m looking to move anytime past the first 2 weeks of June during the summer. I can also show proof I’ve kept up with all my current expenses and rent of 650 a month to show I’m reliable as well as my pay stubs as proof of income. As for hobbies I enjoy playing/watching sports and video games. I also do YouTube content creation in my spare time or go to the gym to keep up with my fitness. Overall I have a budget of about 1300 a month for rent and we can discuss a deposit amount. I plan for a longer stay of 12 months or longer if possible. If you have any questions let me know.
