Hi, I’m DJ. I’m 29 years old and currently living in my own apartment on Daniel Island, with plans to relocate to downtown Charleston in the near future. I’m looking for a roommate to share a nice, luxury apartment downtown—both to reduce living costs and to enjoy the social aspect of having someone to hang out with.

About Me

• Personality: ENFP – friendly, outgoing, and easy to get along with
• Lifestyle: Laid-back and chill, but can also be social and energetic when the moment calls for it
• Cleanliness: Respectfully clean, organized, and considerate of shared spaces
• Schedule: I typically work 9–5 (sometimes longer) and travel frequently for business. When I’m home, I consider myself a night owl, but I’m always mindful of noise and others’ space

• Ready to move by August 27 (end of current lease)

Interests

• Music, video games, anime, TV, and movies
• Fitness and staying active
• Longboarding and going to the beach
• Trying new food spots
• Social outings like dive bars, karaoke bars, and occasional club nights

• A mature roommate (preferably late 20s or older)
• Someone clean, organized, and respectful
• Easygoing personality with good communication
• Ideally someone who also enjoys going out socially from time to time
