My name is Wayne. Qualities I look for in a roommate which I also to do be respectful of others.

1. Keep the sink empty and wash your dishes.
2. Change over your laundry timely. Be considerate of others.
3. Keep the bathroom clean at all times.
4. Use headphones and keep music low during the day and evening hours.
5. Be approachable.
6. Under no circumstance touch others belongings without express permission and agreement including food and any other items small or large.
7. Never enter ones room unless a fire broke out and you need to alert them. Big no no.
8. Be mindful of sharing fridge space and cabinet space along with common areas,
9. Remove your old food timely from the fridge.
10. Keep your personal clutter out of common areas and in your room.
