Introverted musician / writer. I keep to myself but do enjoy deep conversations and humor. I like to keep my space clean and organized, and I cook/meal prep regularly.

I work a regular 8–5 during the week, and on weekends I tend to alternate between full days out and quieter time at home, keeping focus on creative projects like writing music, reading, writing, watching films and listening to records. Looking for a place in Bucks County near preferably near the Newtown/Richboro area, to stay close to friends, family, and my work. Not opposed to an apartment complex, but would rather find a roommate for a condo or house for rent that’s more private. I’m also flexible on location as long as it’s around the lower Bucks area.

I have one cat named Bowie (the one in the photo!) He’s the best.

Highest I can comfortably go for total rent + utilities on my half per month is $1,200, maybe a bit more if it’s a really great place.
