Hi! We’re a married couple from Orange County looking for a place in Irvine (or nearby) while we spend some time getting to know the area better.

I’m 30 and self-employed in marketing, and my wife is 28 and currently training to become a yoga teacher. We’ve been together for 10 years and grew up in OC, so we’re very familiar with the area. One of the main reasons we’re moving is to be closer to our church community and see how we like living in Irvine before eventually committing to a place of our own.

We live a calm and respectful lifestyle (no pets, no kids, no parties, no drinking, and no smoking). We’re both pretty introverted and tend to keep to ourselves, but we’re friendly, considerate, and easy to live with.

In our free time, I enjoy playing golf and chess, and my wife enjoys yoga, reading, hiking, and exploring the city.

We’ve been renting for about 9 years and have always paid rent on time. We’re very clean and respectful of shared spaces, and we’re happy to provide references (including 15+ Airbnb stay reviews) if helpful.
