I’ve lived in many shared houses with other people my age since I graduated college and am quite familiar with good shared practices to make a living arrangement pleasant, if not fun. I like to establish a good plan for shared living so it is clear what to expect from others and what we ourselves are responsible for so there’s less confusion and conflict.

When I’m off work at home I’m usually reading or cooking or listening to music. I also enjoy hosting friends over for dinners, hiking, and social dancing. Will be early to bed, early to rise due to the nature of my work. I don’t have any pets but I’m great with cats.

I will be working in the wine industry in Sonoma, looking to move in April 1st. I have a very amicable partner who would be visiting somewhat often.
