Recently received my bachelor’s degree, and starting a new job on Washington Ave, (in NY near Albany).

I am a woman looking to rent a room Sunday - Thursday (unless it snows). I would be going home to my family (husband and 2 teenagers) Friday evening after work and returning Sunday night or Monday evening after work.

I am clean; I know how to pick up after myself. I enjoy cooking, I am down-to-earth, non-judgemental. I am fine splitting up chores. My budget is small since separated from my family. However, I am willing to do housework (cook, clean, take care of pets/animals like chickens) in lieu of rent or reduced rent. I can also bring fresh chicken eggs. :)
