Hi! I’m 30, a special education teacher, and have 2 year old dog who keeps me active and outside. I’m looking for a roommate situation in the Renton/Seattle area that feels less like random Craigslist strangers and more like a “Sex and the City meets New Girl” dynamic — independent adults who respect each other’s space but are also down for the occasional wine night, reality TV binge, or spontaneous adventure.

I’m clean, responsible with bills, and have a couch/kitchen supplies. During the week I’m pretty routine-oriented (work, gym, dog walks), but I love trying new restaurants, dive bars, and weekend activities. I’m hoping to live with someone who is kind, clean, and open to building an actual friendship — not just coexisting.
