I am a Trans Non-Binary Woman (She/They) looking for 1 other roommate to live with. I have 1 dog and 1 cat, and am super quiet, and usually keep to my room as I play a lot of video games and watch a lot of movies with headphones on. Sometimes I get a little loud when deep in a game or watching a movie, but I try to keep it down late it night / with quiet hours. I very much keep to my own spaces but will venture into common spaces if they are equally shared. I usually am up before 9. I am very good about communicating and tag teaming chores and upkeep so no one feels pressure or anxious!

I have a location I am looking to move into in a couple of months that will be $900 total before utilities. Its a 3 br 2 bth, but has a current tenant. I cannot move into it until I have 1 roommate. I would like to make the third bedroom an office / hobby space for gaming so I am actually very open to paying a bit more of the rent to do so.
