I am a 30yo single male who is friendly, clean, and responsible. I am ISO a private room by 12/10 with private bathroom, W/D, all utilities/WiFi, who will allow my one cat (which would stay in my room). My cat is very friendly and sociable and I am very clean with him. I would also like to be able to have kitchen privileges. I do not smoke or do illegal drugs.
