Hi, my name is Monica. I’m a 27-year-old single mother to a wonderful 3-year-old and a newborn born November 2025, and I currently work as a nanny and babysitter. I’m in the process of securing a more stable, long-term job and am receiving temporary government assistance (EBT and cash aid) as I work toward financial independence. I’m responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m doing my best every day to build a better future for my little ones. I’m interested in month-to-month rent agreement until I can really afford my own place. I pay rent on time. I am willing to clean (at reasonable times, not super late at night) and babysit as well to stipend rent. I’d love to possibly find a place that has children in the home/with other parents.
