I am self employed and it is stable provable income. I work mostly weekends and some during the week. I plan on staying at least 3-6 months but it could be longer. I am clean and orderly and looking for a household that values cleanliness as well. I do not have children or pets, nor do I smoke. I would say I am fun to be around, easy going, and laid back. I tend to keep to myself and stay in my room most of the time when I am home, unless you are down for a good conversation, want to play a board game, or watch a cool documentary, then I’m usually in! I go to yoga regularly. I value my inner peace and would like to find a place that is quiet. I tend to leave for random 3 day road trips to go sit by a campfire or in the mountains. I am an outdoorsy type of girl who loves to go paddleboarding, hiking, camping, chase waterfalls, snowboarding, and scuba diving! I am looking for a room with a private bathroom. Move in date is flexible. Please let me know if you think it sounds like we would vibe well together. I’d prefer to pay $700 to $$750 but please still reach out to me if the place seems in alignment.
