I am a self employed small business owner and it is stable provable income. I work mostly weekends and some during the week. I am currently restructuring my business to where it allows me to leave and travel around for awhile therefore I am not interested in renting a conventional house or apartment at this time as I prefer to have the flexibility of leaving before a year. I plan on staying at least 3 months but realistically it could be longer. Just depends on how quickly I can sell my business or find the right team members to run it without me. I am currently going through a divorce with my wife of ten years, which is why I need a place to live. Don’t worry, I am in great vibrations and carry zero drama. Her and I get along well now as business owners and we have been living separately for 16 months. I am clean and orderly and looking for a household that values cleanliness. (Not just says they do and then actually doesn’t) I do not have children or pets. I would say I am fun to be around, easy going, laid back, and I often leave for random road trips (usually travel Wed-Fridays). Now that it is warming up I will be out of the house often as I go to the lake, Paddleboarding and chase waterfalls this time of year and during the summer! I tend to keep to myself and stay in my room most of the time when I am home. In my spare time I like to hike, go on scuba trips, mountain bike, Paddleboarding, and I just recently started taking jiu-jitsu. I enjoy going out for walks, inline skating, working out, watching documentaries, reading, and taking random road trips. I am looking for a room with private bathroom / on suite.
