Hello everyone, My name is Joshua, and I am currently looking to move into an apartment/house with other like-minded, easy-going professionals. I am currently moving back to the US after a few months traveling abroad and want to be closer to family in NYC. I am job hunting in my field, but I also have a steady passive income and savings to get me through comfortably for a while. In my free time, I like going to baseball games, collecting comics, playing video games, watching movies, going to shows, and volunteering. Ideally, I’d like to find a place with a nice yard (I know, wishful thinking :))
