I am a semi-retired IT Consultant, hoping to stay in the area since my youngest daughter currently lives nearby. I am very clean, quiet and respectful; responsible; do not smoke (or vape), drink or do drugs; and have no pets.
I have been working from a home office for the last 16 years, so the pandemic has changed very little for me. However, because of that, a very good Internet connection is key for me. (I prefer a wire over WiFi, but I will understand if that is not obviously possible.)
Over the last 3 years, I have shared space with 2 female roommates (both 25 now), who are now finding their own way in life, hence the reason I am looking.
