Hello, I’m a professional and well-mannered tenant looking for a room or studio to rent; preferably with a private entrance and personal bathroom. I keep to myself and I’m quiet. I spend 2-3 days a week on web calls for work where I do need quiet & privacy. I keep common areas clean and tidy, free of personal belongings. Just looking for a space that I can call home.
