I am looking to find a room to rent. I am a hard working single mother and I work remotely. I keep to myself, am quiet and neat, and I clean up after myself and my daughter thoroughly. My 4 year old daughter is well behaved and she will be with me most of the time until I find her a new daycare. She is also mildly on the spectrum. Looking for a responsible landlord/co tenant.

I’m only open to female-only living spaces, since I have a little one.
