Hi my name is Martin Im 31 looking for a room at the moment as Im trying to save money and do not need a lot of space there for not interested in renting an entire apartment when all i will be doing is working. I have a full time job which is in traffic control and looking for a part time job for the weekends. Im looking for a decent size room which all Ill most likely be doing is sleeping in as i work from 6am to 3-4pm depending on what the work day requires. I have no kids, no pets it will just be myself. I will have 2 vehicles 1 being a work pick up truck and my personal vehicle. Very easy going. I do not like messes. I like my things to be organized and easy to get along with. I love animals so I will have no problem with pets. I plan to reside in the room for roughly 8-10 months as Im planning on obtaining my CDL license and will be on the road for several weeks at a time.
