I’m looking for a furnished room for atleast a 6 month stay, but would be cool with longer for the right fit.

Anything close to Downtown would be best. The more walkable the better as I will not be there with a car. So wouldn’t need a parking space either. I’m very easy going and respectful of other’s privacy. I’ve had both male and female roommates in the past, so either one is fine with me. Also no issues with pets/smoking/etc.
