I’m easygoing, funny, clean, reliable, and pretty low key, in no particular order. I’m relocating back to the U.S. after living abroad for a while and considering Detroit as my landing place, so I’m hoping to find a calm, respectful, low-key home environment as I transition back.

I’m specifically looking for a centrally located space with good walkability and easy access to cafes, gyms, grocery stores, libraries, parks, and public transportation, since I won’t have a car initially. Midtown, West Village, Corktown, Downtown, Woodbridge, and nearby areas are ideal.

I really value cleanliness, communication, peaceful energy, and being considerate in shared spaces. A private bathroom is strongly preferred.
