Wendy

I am a very young at heart 48-year-old that gets along with pretty much everyone. Very easy-going and I have respect for others and their privacy and personal belongings. I work as a bartender in Balboa so I am looking for something either in Huntington or Newport. I do have a seven-year-old female, fixed cat that would remain in my room if required. Hoping to move by June 1 but somewhat flexible. I do not drink or party, and I rarely have guests over with the exception of my 17 year old daughter on occasion.
