I am a full time employee for Demaio electric and . I operate heavy equipment and run a jobsite we are working on for toll brothers builders in Princeton. Me and my sons apartment lease is up in Tom’s River and they are raising rent again 100. It’s already 23,000 for 900sq/ft. It’s not worth the money there’s water to look at but they don’t allow boats docked or anything. My son found his own place so I need a place. I’m a very very clean guy I get along with everybody and like to have fun laugh and always help others when I can. But I take my work serious. Rent isn’t a prob up to 1500 anything over that I’d like to have my own space. Unless you are agreeing to making entire house and amenities available for use such as pool deck to have a friend over ect. I don’t go out much nor hang out with people so there isn’t going to b traffic from random people in and out that’s disrespectful to the homeowner. But if I can help somebody out to pay there mortgage or make there lives easier by me moving in they would b helping me just as much. July 15 I have to b out of apartment
