I would be a good roommate I believe because I’m the type to be there as little as possible. Lol. If I’m not at work, I’m working out at Orangetheory, Crunch, or with friends somewhere. The cost of living is high, and owning a home is something I’ve planned and saved up for, but I like saving money by splitting the cost of rent with a roommate; and feel I feel it more than justifies paying as much as you have to to live in the Atlanta area. Its purely a matter of economics and keeping as much of the money I make as possible.

That being said, if you’re looking for someone financially stable, and whose way of expressing care to those he lives with is giving them space, picks up after themselves, and even gets a co-sign for being a great roommate from his parents (lol), then I’d be a great fit! Take care.
