Hi I’m Matt! I’m looking for a place to live in Greenville after my lease runs up on July 24, 2021. I’m a pretty relaxed and friendly guy. I can stay to myself if need be, but I’m also open to making friends through roommates. I’m an open book and easy to talk to, so if anyone is looking for a roommate feel free to hit me up!

One thing I feel I should mention is I do have a prior eviction. I subleased a place out a few years ago and that person ended up getting evicted without the property manager ever contacting me, and it somehow came back on me, unfortunately. I have never missed a rent payment personally, but I understand that this may cause skepticism. If you can look past it, I’d greatly appreciate it.
