Workaholic mostly. Clean & keep to myself. Looking for utilities included if possible. I don’t drink. I prefer no inside cameras- & not too tight of security. (Safe neighborhoods) Only because home is for relaxing & I don’t want to feel imprisoned. I do rideshare early in the mornings full time right now but looking to fill the day with other employment opportunity. I keep tight boundaries so I’m not going to be your bff or kick it. I have retired family up on the west hills. Prefer the west side- north or south with right circumstance. TY
