I am moving to Atlanta this summer to start a new job! I have been a teacher for 10 years and I currently teach the visually impaired. My new job is also in education (Fulton County) so my paychecks are consistent and paying rent is a non issue.

Looking to rent in Midtown, ViHi, or O4W areas, preferably close to Beltline/Piedmont Park. I like to bike, walk, and skate so an area that is pedestrian friendly is important to me.

I own a house in Macon which I renovated myself and am now renting out to travel professionals. It is important to me to be both a good tenant and landlord, so since I’m a homeowner I’m very respectful of a space, clean, laid back, and fun. I love the city life and am looking to branch out into it, but I don’t go bringing it back home so you don’t have to worry about late nights. I have the Covid vaccine and am mindful of everything so no need to worry in that regard either. Hetero, but an ally. In addition to being a teacher, I am also a grad student taking online classes.

I will be bringing my two well-behaved, personable, house-friendly and potty trained small dogs (a wiener and a mix, both under 10 lbs). They are used to traveling with me, and neither dog has ever soiled or damaged a space.

All in all, just a good tenant looking to stay in a fun area of the city while I get acclimated to my new job. 6-12 month lease preferred.
