Hi there! I teach elementary music and have a second job at a brewery. I’m not home as much as I’d like, and mainly hang out at home on weekends or go out to concerts. I clean up after myself, have never missed paying a bill on time, and need to downsize. Ideally six months between this October and next April before I have enough to sign a mortgage would be great. I have two well behaved cats and one more that I share custody of. He’s also a great cat and loves people.
