I am in search of a private room and private bathroom in a quiet, safe, clean home that is free of parties, substance use, and pets. I prefer a private unit, but I am also open to a shared home with roommates.

I prioritize a clean home and therefore I keep my surroundings clean and organized. I don’t use any drugs, and do not drink, play loud music, or party. I value my privacy and prefer to keep to myself. I prioritize paying rent on time and references are available upon request.

In addition, my boyfriend visits me about once a week. He also stays overnight about 1-2 nights a month. He has been my co-signer at my current place for a year, as he assists me in paying rent due to my full-time school schedule. He is 27 and works as a full-time accountant. I also receive school financial aid to help with rent. I have been renting rooms since 2020 and have had absolutely no issues with paying rent on time.

I am not interested in team-ups or lease takeovers.

Due to severe allergies, I am unable to consider accommodations that have indoor pets.
