I’m 27 years old and work full-time Monday through Friday as an engineer. I have excellent references from previous landlords and a strong history of on-time payments. I do not work from home, so I’m usually out during the day.

In my free time I enjoy running, surfing, hiking, and doing side projects like home remodels. I live a pretty active lifestyle and spend a lot of time outdoors, so I’m generally not home very often.
