I am clean, quiet, and not home very often since work and school take up the majority of my time. Besides that i get along with people very easily and don’t mind loud music or noise. I got divorced early last year when covid hit and moved back in with my parents because its hard to maintain a place completely alone with today’s prices and the position i have right now. So i’m looking for someone who is in a similar spot or, looking to rent a room to someone like me for some extra money.
